The Stop Walking on Eggshells Workbook can be used by itself, or as an accompaniment to the first book. A practical guide to successfully navigating life with someone with BPD, it’s chock full of worksheets, checklists, and exercises to help them apply what they’ve learned to their own relationship. It includes a form to help to fill in when looking for a clinician, a list of phrases to use, and a glossary of BPD-related terms. The book is easy to read and right to the point.

One reviewer wrote, “This book is an absolute life-saver. I was able to regain my dignity, self-esteem and take steps to get control of a situation I thought was hopeless. Now that I’ve read the book, I know where my hot buttons are and how to deal with this without making the situation worse in the long run.”

StopWalking on Eggshells

My 29 year old daughter had always had difficulties with friendships, jobs, behavior control, etc. I, a special ed teacher, contributed this to her ADD with Anger problems. This past Christmas Eve she completely ruined our Christmas. She whisked her kids and husband out (lots to the saga) and for a month we did not have contact except for horrible texts, ugly messages, screaming phone calls. I was completely baffled. I started making phone calls for therapy for me. Just talking on the pone with the people I called they suggested there was a possibility she was BPD. I did lots of studying on-line. Each of the therapist I spoke with recommended the book Stop Walking on Eggshells. I grabbed it. I didn't understand how you knew my daughter so well without meeting her! It was a life saver. I am able to explain the disorder to others and get them to understand that these people didn't ask for this disorder, but they are also responsible for their behavior. Boundaries have to be set. My gosh, the information in your book saved my sanity. Thank you. I do not know where I would be today had it not been for your book.
