Our focus in therapy is on recovery, empowerment, hope
and healing. We consider our approach to be client-centered
and change oriented. We use concepts from Transactional
Analysis, Gestalt Redecision Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy (DBT), Personality Adaptations, Developmental Psychology,
Family Systems and Energy Psychology.
We offer psychotherapy for individuals who suffer from
Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder or Post-Traumatic
stress, we offer weekly educational and experiential group
called “From Crisis to Wellness”.
The group meets for 12 weeks and individuals learn how to
increase internal support for themselves, Decrease impulsive
& self-harming behaviors, cope with overwhelming emotions,
Learn self-soothing skills and how to tolerate distress.
