How to Order

You can order the book in one of FIVE easy ways:

1.  Order by online via credit card:  ORDER HERE!

2.  Order online via email:  Please send the following information to orders@bookch.com

a.  Your name and complete address.

b.  The type of credit card and the card number.

c.  The expiration date.

d.  The number of booklets you would like.

e.  Your e-mail address (if different from the address you are using)

3. Order by Toll-Free Number:  Call

4.  Order By Fax:  You can FAX credit card orders to 914-835-0398.
Include all the ordering information for the book, (see #2 above,"Order online via email", #F) along with your address, credit card number, and expiration date.

5.  Order by Mail via Check:  Make checks or money orders payable to "Book Clearing House" and send them to the following address:

Please make sure that your name and address are legible. 

Shipping and Handling:
The first book in any order is $5.50 Priority Mail. For each additional book in the same shipping order, add .50 cents. Your order will be processed within 48 hours.
